TRMS

Total Report Management System (TRMS) manages and automates all processes involved in viewing, distributing, archiving, and printing reports for an enterprise.

TRMS enables users to quickly access IBM Z reports from a device of choice, empowering them to make time-sensitive decisions.

Reports can be viewed from 3270 terminals or from web browsers running on laptops, tablets or smartphones.

Report access may be secured on the mainframe using RACF, ACF2 or Top Secret.

Online Viewing

Eliminate unnecessary printing of reports by leveraging online viewing. Savings from online viewing and efficient report management can be considerable, reducing paper and printer costs, and the need to physically distribute paper reports. Reports are accessible from TSO/ISPF, native VTAM, CICS and web browsers. The RESTFul Web UI can be accessed from desktops, tablets and smartphones. Reports can be emailed or downloaded to local workstations or servers in multiple document formats, including Text, PDF, and Microsoft Excel.

Robust Indexing Feature

Traditional Indexing enables quick access to information within a single report. Subject Indexing takes accessibility to a whole new level by providing access to information across multiple, different reports. As an example, a reference to Bridal items might appear in both Clothing Inventory Reports and Jewelry Inventory Reports.

Full support for IBM AFP & XEROX DJDE & transformation to PDF (Offered as additional licensed modules)

TRMS provides full printer function support, including AFP (IBM) and DJDE (XEROX). Reports can be “bundled” for traditional printing and distribution and selectively printed, “on demand” by individual users and directed to printers within their network. With TRMS’s Web UI, users will see reports fully rendered as PDF reports and may be downloaded as such.
